Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all registered Nectar cardholders aged 18 and over except employees of Loyalty Management UK Limited or anyone else connected with the promotion.


2. Collectors will receive one entry per unique account when they sign up to receive the new Nectar Music Store Newsletter between 1st June and 30th June 2009. Collectors currently signed up for the Nectar Music Store Newsletter automatically receive one entry per unique account.


3. The grand prize is two VIP tickets to see U2 in concert at Wembley Stadium in August 2009, complimentary travel to and from the event from any location within the UK and one night’s hotel accommodation the night of the event. The prize draw will take place on 7th July 2009 and will be supervised by an independent judge. The prizewinners will be the first two names drawn at random from valid entries. The results of the prize draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are non-transferable.


4. The prizewinner will be notified by email and/or telephone before Wednesday 15th July 2009. Nectar cardholders must ensure that that their contact details are updated and current prior to the draw taking place.


5. The prizewinner must be prepared to take part in all publicity related to the promotion.


6. Details of the prizewinner can be obtained for a period of 6 weeks following the prize draw by sending a SAE to “U2 Event” to the Promoter’s address below.


7. By entering the prize draw, Nectar cardholders agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
